I was on CareerBuilder.com yesterday and saw a posting for an accounting job with Lantex Textile that looked ok so I sent them my resume. Today I got an email from them saying I have been enrolled as the company's Accounts Recievable Representative, and all I had to do was recieve the checks from clients in the mail at home, cash them, take 10% as my payment and wire the remaining 90% to an office they would tell me later, which should give me a payment of about $300-$400 each time. It sounded really odd for an accountant's job so I looked into the company and found a lot about the whole scam! I'm glad I found out- but others beware as they are on CareerBuilder.com and may be on other job sites.
Today I recieved an e-mail as follows & I was so happy I checked this out before I replied. I have had my life totaly screwed up from scammers.
