I think this is the first time I've seen the ".name" domain used in a job scam. Aside from the change in tactics on the domain name, this looks most similar to the MFG and AEG scams.

What is a money mule?
The vast majority of job scams seek to recruit money mules, usually under titles like "financial manager", "payment processor", "transaction specialist", or just plain "representative" or even "partner". The job of a money mule is to be a financial middle-man, accepting payment in one form, and forwarding it (minus a fee) to another party, usually via Western Union. Scammers employ money mules to launder money on their behalf: the mule is responsible for converting a fraudulent transaction of some kind into quick, anonymous cash, usually transferred via Western Union or some similar scheme. Scammers send out a lot of job ads for money mule positions and never refuse an applicant because they are disposable: money mules either get ripped off directly (as when they are persuaded to bank a forged cheque or money order which is later dishonoured by the bank), or take the blame for defrauding someone else (as with most payments involving direct bank transfer, PayPal, or similar). Don't make an ass of yourself: don't be a money mule.

I just got this job offer spam email. I found this blog regarding the scam whilst googling their name so I could send them a troubling email back.....
Good on you for creating this space, there are some needy people out there who can do with this warning.
Interesting as this company seems to check out in Poland although there is no information as for web site etc. Many thanks for this information I was curious to the use of .name as I have not seen it before.
My advice just avoid all of this stuff.

P.S. Why we use WU and MG systems
Our company has set up the branch office in Australia, which is the only one in the country. The project is at the stage of development and we hope to start up a network of offices in a couple of years. That is why we have decided to create a network of Transfer Handlers who will represent our company in different regions and partly will operate as branch offices.
We are aimed at creation of acceptable and convenient work environmentfor our customers. One of the most important features is transparent and accurate business.
We will use so called Private Accounts as accounts of the company.
Our Transfer handlers will be the holders of these accounts. They will allow us to avoid accumulation of large sums of money on any of the accounts so that to avoid force-majeure. This will also allow to pay at discount tax rate because according to current legislation corporate-to private transfers are not taxable. That is why we use payment systems WU and MG.
Besides, these systems allow to process payments almost immediately - it influences the whole course of the business in a positive way.
